I offer individualized group yoga classes tailored to your group’s needs, space, and schedule. Bring yoga to: - Your workplace during lunch - Your 55+ community - Your child’s classroom or athletic team - A gathering of friends Each class is adapted to the abilities, needs, and goals of those participating. My goal is to make yoga accessible and meaningful for all ability levels, including those with specific physical needs or limitations. $150 per class minimum. Prices may go up depending on the number of students.
